[phc-general] Announcement: New source repository

Folks,

We have moved our repository to Google Code Hosting. The project is
hosted at http://code.google.com/p/phc/, and anonymous checkouts from
there are possible and encouraged. We also intend to use the issue
tracker there, but please continue to contact
phc-general at phpcompiler.org with bugs.

We have done some recent work on the code generator. It is buggy, and
doesn't support a full set of features, but if anyone wishes to check
out the bleeding edge, please feel free to comment. We're planning a
sneak preview pre-release soon, which will be a lot more stable then a
repository checkout.

Other changes in the repository include work on libtool and the test
framework. If you're running a non-linux machine, we think plugins
should work better now. Please feel free to run the tests using 'make
test'.

A more detailed list of changes will be included in the next release.
