[phc-general] phc 0.2.0 beta1

Hi,

The new release of phc, 0.2.0, is firming up. After we released
alpha1, we have made a number of important fixes, which are now
available as phc-0.2.0-beta1. Most importantly, the documentation has
been updated. Other fixes include:

- The garbage collector has been fixed and enabled by default.
- Debugging options like --xdump have been renamed to longer forms,
such as --dump-xml.
- A bug that prevented most optimized PHP programs from linking has been fixed.
- Code generation for variable-variable typically works.

We anticipate releasing a non-beta version soon, so please report any
problems to this list. Download beta1 from
http://www.phpcompiler.org/downloads.html.
